Adrian Crawford
CEO & Founder
Adrian Crawford has 15+ years architecting and deploying human formation systems. As a multi venture entrepreneur across leadership, faith, athletics, and finance, he has launched and sold businesses for over a decade while advising publicly traded companies and elite athletic coaching staffs.
He is the founder of New Rules Collective and New Rules X, two ventures redefining how leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs scale with purpose and speed. His work centers on helping leaders navigate complexity with strategic clarity, cultural alignment, and emotional truth, particularly within institutions in identity crisis and among founders who have mastered the optics but are still searching for deeper meaning.
Adrian is the visionary architect of the Authentica system, a transformational leadership framework that anchors individuals and teams in real purpose. He builds ecosystems where identity, systems, and culture can thrive without clashing with each other.
At Authentica, he safeguards the architecture of the system, positioning authenticity as the foundation from which growth, performance, and expansion flow. As a cultural architect, he ensures our work does not react to the world, but creates and shapes it.
Brianna Clark
Co-Founder & COO
Brianna Clark began operating and scaling organizations at twenty years old, quickly establishing herself as both visionary and integrator — able to originate bold initiatives and construct the discipline required to bring them to reality.
By twenty-five, she had launched and scaled three profitable ventures and led multi-entity organizations generating more than $3 million in revenue. Her work spans across business, faith, athletics, and higher education. She serves on the board of two nonprofit organizations and advises senior leaders and executive teams on how to translate stated values into an experienced culture.
Brianna builds what others imagine. She bridges expansive strategy with disciplined execution, ensuring that ideas are not only compelling but real. As a Gen Z founder, she builds with the future in view–designing systems intended to outlast trends and shape the next generation of leadership.
Trey Zoda
Co-Founder & Head of Formation
Dr. Trey Zoda is a U.S. Marine Corps infantry veteran and Special Operations cognitive performance specialist, Trey has spent his career optimizing human performance in high-stakes environments.
He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and integrates operational experience with evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, and leadership science. His work has supported elite Special Operations Forces, Fortune 500 executives, and Division I athletes.
At Authentica, Trey serves as the academic architect of the Human Architecture Method, ensuring that the formation system is rigorous, replicable, and grounded in research rather than abstraction.
