The Human Operating Systems framework did not emerge overnight. The formation architecture beneath Authentica has been refined over 15 years of applied development shaped within leadership environments, performance systems, and institutional recalibration.

Over the past five years, operating under New Rules Collective, this architecture was deployed in the market and tested under real world conditions. What is now Authentica was forged where pressure is high and performance is expected.

We have dedicated more than 100,000 hours to developing and refining this work across athletics, corporate leadership, higher education, and faith communities. More than 1,000 participants have completed the Human Operating Systems process through Coaching, Consulting, Labs and Institutes.
